OK.....I know I'm enjoying Murdoch's downfall a little bit too much...but it is funny...!!

Yummy....!

Try this for a zingy summer starter....

Mix
Zest and juice of 1 lime
1 Tbl spoon of capers
1 Tbl spoon of white wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
1 Teaspoon of grain mustard
Handful of coriander leaves
2 Tbl spoons of olive oil
Salt and Pepper

Then heat a pan of oil, dust slices of Haloumi cheese in seasoned flour and pan fry for about a minute each side or until golden brown. Serve, spoon over the mix and dress with a little more coriander....Enjoy with a cold Pinot....!

I was thinking....

Following two very sad losses in the music world recently...Gil and The Big Man....and assuming that these things come in 3's....I think it would be better if we nominated the next one to get a visit from Mr G Reaper....rather than one of our favourite artists being taken.
So, I would like to nominate Pete Doherty.....everything I hear and read about him, leads me to believe that being anywhere near him is akin to a close encounter with Satan's arsehole....So Pete, that next tap on your shoulder in the prison showers could just be Raoul informing you that you are now 'his bitch', or.......

Is anybody truly surprised that Murdoch and the NOW are not arbiters of good taste and decency....? Having acted like pigs in a trough of their own vomit and waste for many years ......we really shouldn't be shocked that these people are not upholding the countries moral barometer in the name of 'knowledge in the public interest'.....They are probably saying to each other right now ...'how quickly the public forgets the great work we did entrapping those naught, lying, cheating footballers and politicians'.....Yeah.....good work chaps....
